We offer a 5-day refund window from the date your subscription becomes active. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our service and wish to request a refund, you must initiate the request within this period. Refunds will only be granted if the request is made within this timeframe; any refund requests received after 5 days of activation will not be eligible for consideration.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source used for the subscription. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway processing times. Any transaction fees deducted by payment processors may not be refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers can choose to cancel their Divine API subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless your request is made within the first 5 days of activation.

Once a subscription is canceled:

  • Your access to the Divine API service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged again in the next billing cycle.
  • We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused days within an active subscription period.
